1- How can I order?

When you click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button on the product page to create your order, you will be directed directly to the cart page. In this area, you can view your cart, continue your shopping, remove or change the product from your cart. You can create your order by clicking the "Complete Order" button. You have two options here, you can connect to the site via facebook / gmail with the quick membership option. Or you can continue shopping without creating a membership. After you fill in your delivery address information, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page to complete your order. As part of the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to check your order and correct your mistakes. We will send you detailed information about the product you ordered by e-mail. And so your order will be completed.

2- What are the payment options? How secure is your website?

While completing your shopping, you can pay by cash at the door, by credit card at the door, by credit/debit card and by money order.

At Artepera, we take site security very seriously. We use 128 bit SSL security software on our site. This means that your card payment information is encrypted. An HTTPS prefix and a small padlock will appear at the top left of your browser. The bank from which you bought your credit card may also perform security checks. If your card is declined, please contact your credit card authority.

3- When can I receive my order?

All domestic orders are sent with ARAS Cargo with tracking. Delivery time is mostly 1-3 working days.

Your orders are delivered by couriers. Couriers provide delivery against signature on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00, so please provide your address so that you can receive your order during these hours. Alternatively, we can send your orders to your business address. You can track all our couriers with the tracking code.

Please note that the estimated delivery ranges given on the website are not guaranteed. These timeframes are provided to inform our customers about the estimated delivery date and should not be considered 100% accurate. Artepera cannot be held responsible for delays due to courier problems.

If your order is lost, you will receive a phone call from the courier company telling you what to do next.

4- Will I pay shipping fee?

No way. Our shipping is FREE.

5- What do I do if I don't like my order?

At Arttepera we are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, but if you change your mind, please read our return and exchange policy. Plus, our customer support service is always an email away! For your questions, you can send an e-mail to info@artepera.com.

6- Do you have wholesale sales?

You can send us an e-mail about which products you are interested in, at info@artepera.com. We will contact you as soon as possible about our products and prices.

7- Do you make special designs?

For special designs, you can contact us at info@artepera.com with your request and drawing files.

According to the details and dimensions of the design, a price offer is prepared, not less than a certain number, and production is made according to your approval.

8- Can I change my address after placing my order?

Before your order is shipped (99% of orders are delivered to the cargo on the next business day.) you can reach us by e-mail at info@artepera.com, via our social media accounts or by Whatsapp number +90 532 113 08 33.

9- What is the material of the products?

Our products are made of 1st grade quality steel and can be used in wood, glass, marble, leather, etc. combined with products. We also use stainless steel in some of our products.

10- How can I track my order?

After your order has been approved, you can track your order on the Aras Cargo website with the cargo tracking number sent to you.
